Getting a ticket for being too Serious, Good Looking, & Watching Guys in New Orleans

I was walking along towards the Mississippi river when I heard an, " excuse me, excuse me Ms."
I got a Party Pooper Ticket for being: 

• Too Serious
• Too Good Looking
• Taking Illegal Pictures
• Watching Guys
• and not partying hard enough!!!

LOL!!!!! It was actually for Meals on Wheels for donations and in return you get a New Orleans hat as a souvenir. I thought it was really clever in how they get your attention, build rapport and get you to donate. Or maybe it is that I'm just a sucker for when it comes to those types of things? LOL I gave her $10 and it was for a good cause. I got a gray baseball cap. There weren't any girlie hats. She told me I could give it to a guy. There aren't really any guys in my life I was thinking. lol..... She was a nice women from Venezuela who welcomed me to New Orleans in Spanish!

I noticed in New Orleans, you can give your money everywhere on the street!
