My St. Louis Hotel room in the French Quarter, New Orleans is soo romantic! And I'm alone. LOL

I booked with www.bookit.com my first hotel night at St. Louis Hotel in the French Quarter in New Orleans. Perfectly located just a street over from Bourbon street in the French Quarter. What what!!!! I took the airport shuttle bus from the airport which was $20 USD, which was a steal compared to $60 can I paid from my house at 3:30 a.m to Toronto's airport.( Maybe that should be an incentive to actually drive? lol)

It was so humid when I arrived, and it didn't help that I was wearing a hoodie and Ugg boots coming from Canada. I just wanted to run into the hotel room and change into a dress. But wait, I didn't bring a dress. lol I was so confused as to what to pack. When I was in Los Angeles the end of November it was 21 C and I froze wearing my sandals. You sometimes never know exactly what to pack. :)

I checked into the hotel which was a room that looked like it didn't belong because the check-in desk was just a table with a linen cloth on top! lol Whatever it works!( Oh my gosh, as I'm writing this, I hear an ad for Baton Rouge here in Toronto celebrating Mardi Gras and going to Louisiana. LOL funny!)

Theodore walked me to my hotel room. Oh my goshhhhhhhhhhh this was too beautiful! I just loved it! I loved everything about it! The colours, the courtyard, the plants, the fountain, the old feeling............ It was sooooooooo romantic! And here I was Elaine Sarantakos, living on a permanent vacation alone! lol It was too pretty. It was definitely a place I highly recommend a couple to go to! It was a place I'd want to share with a person who is just not that into me. lol............. Oh Elaine! lol hahahahaahhahaha

Hotel Room St. Louis, French Quarter, Louisiana

I changed out of my winter clothes. I turned of the air conditioner which was at 60 F. I don't know what it was in C, but it was freezing!!! Who has it that low? I was considering keeping my hoodie and Ugg boots on in the room! That's how cold it felt! lol  I was dead tired having only slept 1.25 hours to Chicago the entire night, but I didn't want to stay in the hotel room. I came to New Orleans  with the intention to explore and to see New Orleans. Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Holla!! xxx Thank you Universe. xx
