One thing you must do in New Orleans is try their pralines! They pronounce it with a southern accent and say it like this: Prahlines! lol Pralines is a a candy made from sugar, butter and pecans. Need I say anymore? mmmmm The candy has it's roots from the French, but grew into something else in the south. You will see many pralines stores in New Orleans as well as in the convenience stores right by the cash register screaming " Buy me, buy me." I walked into this store and had to try what the hype was all about. Let's just say it's delisshhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I didn't buy any because I'd eat the entire box. Like I've said before, I'm an all or nothing kinda girl...... When I'm passionate about something, I'm really passionate. Even with food, I will eat all the chips, or no chips...... Maybe I need to learn a thing of two about moderation. :P
